Becoming a manager - admin - 09-03-2025
R4 positions are designated for managers. To qualify for an R4 position, you need to meet certain criteria:
- Participate in altar events whenever possible. These events are the primary source of your equipment.
- Also engage in other alliance events.
- Continually strengthen your power. You don't have to be the strongest, but you can't be an R4 if you are too weak.
- Avoid being offline for long periods without a valid reason.
